Genesis, Vision & Mission

CREATE was established in January 2000 by some senior professionals who have worked with India's premier research organizations. It is a well known research and consultancy organization with its headquarters in Lucknow. CREATE, which made a humble beginning nearly two decades back has created a niche for itself among the clientele particularly those associated with the health, population and other social development sectors. Integrity, quality, transparency and the strong work ethics are the cornerstones of our organization.

As a research outfit our vision is to contribute in nation building by dovetailing our efforts with the ongoing initiatives of the government and other national and international organizations on policy relevant issues in reproductive health, population, education and other development sectors.

With a multi-disciplinary team of senior professionals our mission is to offer quality services through research and action to the program managers and policy makers who are ever so keen to develop new strategies and plans to bring a qualitative and lasting improvement in the lives of the people to ensure a holistic development of the society at large, those representing the poor economic fringes in particular.
